What are my delivery options?

Orders can be couriered to the vast majority of South African addresses, and delivered via The Courier Guy.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders unless there is an issue with our suppliers or stock within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card, we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you have paid. 

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. You can pay extra for Saturday, After Hours or Public holiday delivery at an extra cost so please contact our Customer Service Team for more info.  All standard delivery is done via Domestic Road Freight which can take between 36 - 72 Hrs.

Late Deliveries

Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please Contact Us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.

What is the cost of delivery?

If your shopping bag's total is R800 or more, we are happy to offer you free delivery for all major centres in South Africa. These are as follows:

Johannesburg

Pretoria

Bloemfontein

Cape Town

Durban

Port Elizabeth

East London

George

If not, we will charge you a flat rate of R100 for all major centres in South Africa as listed above. If you do not stay in the above major centres then please Contact Us so we can quote you. All standard delivery is done via Domestic Road Freight which can take between 36 - 72 Hrs. We can also offer Domestic Airfreight or Overnight Courier, so please Contact Us for the details.

Is my package insured?

Insurance up to R1000 is included. Additional insurance is available at 2% of declared value above R1000 cover.

Maximum Box Size

Maximum Box size and weight: 50x50x50cm's or 30kg. Larger boxes will be charged as two or more boxes depending on how many times larger, they are than the maximum.
